The Media Center makes the photographs and videos available to the user without charge, as long as they will be used to promote and advance the city and its region in general and will not be used for direct profit-making purposes.
It is strictly forbidden to publish the photographs in connection with goods and media that are to be sold by third-parties for payment. For example, on postcards, travel guides and publications in general, clothing, souvenirs, packaging, etc.
The use of the material is permitted (subject to the above conditions) for promotional purposes without payment for the end user, such as videos, advertising, websites, banners, etc.

In order to publish the material, the purpose for this and the media to be used must be given, as well as the duration for which it will be published.
Each photograph must have a caption stating its subject matter, the name of the photographer/video maker, and that it belongs to the visitkavala.gr archive.

For use on the internet, it is suggested that a reference to the visitkavala.gr website is given along with an active link to the site.
The user of the material must send a copy of the publication in which it appears to mediacenter@visitkavala.gr before the end of the use period that he/she has declared. For example:
If the material is used on the internet a screenshot of the upload must be sent along with the link.
If the material is used in printed material then the layout must be emailed or a copy of the printed material be sent.
For the audio-visual use of the material, the archive must be sent either in video form or as a link that directs to the relevant material.
For the use of material that contains cultural sights, monuments and points of interest that come under the oversight of the Ministry of Culture, additional authorisation is required from the competent authorities. The interested party, in order to be given access to the MC material, must attach the relevant authorisation from the competent body with his/her application.
